The one and true soloing job SE designed for those that prefer solace over company. Beastmaster has a large array of monsters that they are able to charm, each with their own set of strengths, weaknessess and TP moves you can use via Sic (though you can't control which move it uses ><). Although in situations Beastmaster may use a pot pet instead of a wild one, the best pot pets are usually rare on auction house, therefore it is advised to make cooking your craft if going for career Beastmaster.

The two most used subjobs to be used are White Mage and Ninja. White Mage geared towards solo play, allowing you to buff, cure as well as sneak and invisible in the form of a spell. However, in certain camps where things can aggro to spells and for those very rare cases you enter a party environment /ninja is the way to go.

All in all I found Beastmaster to be a very methodical job which when you have the mechanics down, is a job you can easily take control over any solo situation. The only downside to Beastmaster besides its subpar damage capability compared to other DD is the number of uses in which Beastmaster plays in an endgame environment (Like only Xolotl and Hakutaku runs XD)
